Turn meeting notes into decisions and action items
After a meeting, when you have messy notes or a transcript and need a record people can act on.
Updated
Turn the meeting notes or transcript below into a record people can act on, in this format:
**Decisions**: what was agreed, one line each.
**Action items**: a table with the columns Action, Owner and Due. Write "Unassigned" or "No date" where the notes don't say; don't invent either.
**Open questions**: anything raised but not settled, and who should answer it, if the notes say.
Leave out small talk and discussion that went nowhere. Use only what's in the notes.
